Special Guest

If you're looking to have a special guest at your child's party (musician, magician, chef, etc), we could source the performer for an additional charge. Or, we'll give you a $50 discount if you are bringing in your own special guest.

Reservations

Parties are booked no less than 3 weeks in advance. Birthday parties can be reserved on Saturdays 1:00 - 2:30 PM or 3:30 - 5PM and Sundays 10:30PM - 12:00, 1:00 - 2:30 or 3:30 -5:00.

We request an approximate headcount 1 week before the birthday party. You can request an additional 30 minutes to your reservation as an optional add on.

Deposit

A $150 nonrefundable deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The final balance must be paid on the day of the birthday party.

Rescheduling/Cancellation

In case of emergency (bad weather, power outage, child sickness, etc.) and the party has to be rescheduled, the deposit will be transferable to the next scheduled date. Reschedules are available within 3 months of the originally scheduled date.

However, if the party is cancelled (whether a few weeks out or the day of) GaragePod will keep the $150 non-refundable deposit.
