Wickers Creek Ensembles are performance-centered music classes that explore the beautiful sounds of our Orff xylophones, metallophones, bass bars and hand percussion instruments. Students in these special workshops will gain personal confidence and experience the extraordinary team dynamics that are unique to a performing instrumental ensemble.
Beginners as well as more experienced musicians are challenged in these classes which nurture skills in improvisation and notation. Music literacy grows organically from students’ natural connection with the spoken word.
